Lisa Dacey
Lisa Dacey partners with foundation clients to optimize their grantmaking processes and strengthen how systems are used across their organizations. She leads vendor selection projects, helping clients evaluate their options and choose the grants management system that best fits their needs. She also works with clients on Fluxx and GivingData implementations, as well as ongoing system optimization efforts. Lisa approaches every project through the lens of the end user, especially program staff, ensuring the processes designed reflect how people actually work. Alongside her client work, Lisa leads 1892's internal business development and operations.
Prior to joining 1892, Lisa worked at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, where she managed operations for the reproductive health program and led cross-foundation teams on the development of trust-based and efficient process transformations. Lisa also worked at Deloitte Consulting as a manager on large-scale technology implementations and organizational design projects. She is passionate about reproductive health and justice, and started her career working for Planned Parenthood and EMILY’s List.
Lisa holds an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.A. from McGill University. She lives in Colorado with her wife and their two children.
