What you bring

Experience working in a grantmaking organization.
Familiarity with, and interest in advocating for, trust-based and equitable philanthropy practices.
Fluxx, GivingData, and/or Salesforce expertise in an administrator or configuration role.
A proactive, curious, creative, problem-solving nature.
A strong understanding of project structure and task prioritization.
Alignment with 1892 consulting’s values.
