AIMÉE BRUEDERLE (SHE/HER), SENIOR CONSULTANT
For over 20 years, Aimée has worked for foundations and nonprofits leading operations and grantmaking strategy. Aimée spent eleven years at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation overseeing grantmaking operations for the Gender Equity and Governance program team. In her final year at the Hewlett Foundation she served as the Interim Director of Grantmaking, Learning, and Operations, setting departmental goals and carrying forward a multi-million dollar Salesforce implementation and training process.
Previously, Aimée worked for Tides, providing grantmaking capacity building to philanthropic advisors and grantees. Aimée earned a B.B.A. focused on Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and has an M.P.H. with a specialization in Global Reproductive Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She previously served as a volunteer and advisor for PEAK Grantmaking.
