WENDY rodriguez (she/her), CONSULTANT

Wendy is an experienced grants management professional with over a decade of working across various grantmaking systems and processes. Prior to joining 1892 consulting, Wendy led Grants and Systems Management at TCC Group, a philanthropic consulting firm that provided grantmaking services to a variety of clients. She has developed and maintained tools, templates, and budgets in both Fluxx and CyberGrants.

Wendy began her career at The Bay and Paul Foundation, where she implemented a new grants management system and reduced application processing time through streamlining procedures and standardizing templates. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Skidmore College and is also a certified Yoga Teacher. Wendy lives in Florida and loves to spend time with her two children, practice and teach yoga, and run half marathons.
