Veronika Knierim (she/her), Senior Consultant
Veronika Knierim leads 1892’s process design and data work. She supports clients with process improvement, system implementation, project management, testing, and data analysis. She worked at The Rockefeller Foundation for eight years as the Associate Director of Analytics, supporting the Foundation's transition to a fully automated grantmaking platform and creating enhanced data analyses to support strategic decision-making. Prior to her work at Rockefeller, Veronika provided capacity building consulting services to nonprofit organizations of varied operational sizes and service environments and was responsible for administrative reporting for four long-term USAID projects in Guyana, Uganda, Ethiopia, and Rwanda.
Veronika received her B.A. in Anthropology from Boston University and her M.P.A. from the Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University.
