TrACY CHEN (she/her), CONSULTANT

Tracy Chen provides Fluxx expertise across selection, implementation, and post-launch support and configuration projects. She enjoys thinking through the end-user experience, producing user-centric solutions, building data visualizations and improving process efficiencies with automations. Tracy started her career in philanthropy in 2016 as an Assistant Vice President, Grants Associate at the Citi Foundation where she implemented various enhancements to the grantmaking process and configured technical solutions in Fluxx. 

A builder at heart, Tracy recognized the power of technology to enable change. After Citi, she built on her technical skills as a Software Engineer at Cognizant, a Technical Product Manager at Microsoft, and most recently a Systems Analyst on the Application Development team at Creative Associates International, an international development organization. 

Tracy is an active contributor to the Fluxx community and received her B.S. in Human Development from Binghamton University. In her spare time, she can be found writing technology articles on Medium, exploring the great outdoors, photographing landscapes, or eating noodles.
