lisa dacey (she/her), operations director and senior consultant
Lisa Dacey advises foundation clients on grants management process, staffing design, and systems, as well as leads 1892 consulting’s internal business strategy and operations. Prior to joining 1892, Lisa was the Program Operations Manager at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation for six years, after which she consulted for the Foundation on special projects across program, finance, and grants process management. While at Packard, Lisa spearheaded a transition to cash-based budgeting and led cross-foundation teams on the development of trust-based and efficient process transformations. Lisa previously worked at Deloitte Consulting as a manager on large-scale technology implementations and organizational design projects. She is passionate about reproductive health and justice, and started her career working for Planned Parenthood and EMILY’s List.
Lisa holds an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.A. from McGill University. She lives in Colorado on Ute, Cheyenne, and Arapaho land with her wife and their two children.
