Kayla STILES (she/her), Consultant

Kayla Stiles supports clients with Salesforce system implementations and enhancements, as well as augmented grants management staffing solutions and business  process design. Prior to joining 1892 consulting, Kayla spent five years at the Stuart Foundation managing grantmaking operations and serving as the foundation's Salesforce administrator. Kayla also worked as the Interim Grants Manager and Salesforce Analyst for the Marriott Family Foundations supporting their grantmaking workflow and identifying and implementing enhancements to their foundationConnect database and grantee portal. Kayla is a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and Conga Composer Certified Administrator. 

Kayla earned a B.A. in Journalism and a M.S. in Sport Business, Recreation and Event Management from Temple University in Philadelphia and played Division I softball during her undergraduate studies. Kayla currently serves as a volunteer for the NorCal Chapter of PEAK Grantmaking and also volunteers as a Running Buddy for Girls on the Run of the Bay Area. 

Kayla loves to stay active and workout, watch sports, explore local restaurants, relax at the beach, and spoil her cats, Shasta and Xena.
